The main aim when starting the business by Lee and Louise Acreman was to showcase and utilize as much local produce as possible. Louise is a local Fijian and Lee is English, they have experience in cooking and managing award winning restaurants and outside catering in the UK and  5 star hotel background here in Fiji. 

Within our daily menu we offer salads made with fresh seasonal produce from the Market.

We only use local reared meat and wherever we can utilize local supplier’s products. 
Taste Fiji premises is located in an old embroidery factory. Air conditioned, with a comfortable lounge and book exchange, it is somewhere locals hang out regularly with a good cup of coffee or fresh fruit juice.
