Salt is the ultimate in alfresco dining, with a water’s edge location that makes the most of the stunning outdoor setting and Fiji’s tropical climate. After working up an appetite from a refreshing swim in Sofitel’s lagoon style pool, guests can choose from an extensive variety of international cuisine, from designer sushi to spicy Indian delights from our authentic Tandoor oven. Salt is located between the swimming pool and the beach and is open daily for lunch, afternoon snacks, cocktails and dinner. Salt provides seating for up to 120 guests. This combination of a beautiful tropical setting and the diversity of quality fare has led to such an increase in popularity that Salt has extended its dining area and terrace bar overlooking the ocean. Also new to the restaurant is “Salt Sensations”, where diners can enjoy a romantic beachside table for two with a specially created menu and the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop.
