No Purchase or payment Necessary to Enter or Be CHOSEN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR REGULATION. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND HAVE A VALID CURRENT U.S. PASSPORT, AT THE TIME OF ENTRY (“ENTRANT” or “You”).

By entering, you understand that you are agreeing to these Official Rules for the “Wilson’s Happily Ever After Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) and to provide your information to Tourism Fiji (the “Sponsor”), wearebmf (“BMF”), and Cohen-Friedberg Associates, LLC (the “Administrator”) to administer the Sweepstakes and for other purposes as specified in the Administrator’s privacy policies, as further described in Section 10 below. 
 

1. Entry Period: 
   The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) Thursday, July 17, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT Friday, August 15, 2025, (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). The Sweepstakes will consist of one (1) drawing to award one (1) prize “Prize”) from eligible entries to received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.


2. Eligibility: 
   Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, licensees, advertising and promotion agencies (including BMF Media Group, LLC),. (collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities") and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same households of any of the foregoing individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.
   All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law. All Entrants (as defined above) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator which shall be final and legally binding in all respects. As a condition of entry and winning of a Prize, all Entrants must release the Sweepstakes Entities, as well as the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, agents, successors and assigns of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from all claims, liability, lawsuits, costs, expenses, fees, injuries (including death), losses, and damages relating to their participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance and use misuse of any Prize (as defined below). Winner assume all liability for any injury or damage, including death caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of Prize. Winning a Prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules Entrants and/or potential winners may be required to provide proof of identification, contact information (including an e-mail address and physical address No PO Box please.), and eligibility as required by Sponsor.



3. How To Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, the Entrant must follow the below (an “Entry”).

   BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY YOU AKNOWLEGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND FULLY AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. DO NOT SUBMIT AN ENTRY WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE OFFICIAL RULES. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, above must be submitted in compliance with the format and other requirements set forth on the website/platform where persons may submit entries (i.e., Instagram); such requirements being made a part of these Official Rules and incorporated herein by reference.

   If your social media account (Instagram) is set to "protected mode," or “private” your entry may not be visible and thus may not be received by Sponsor. Your entry method must be set to “public”.

   Partial or incomplete/piecemeal submissions without the required like, tag, and follow WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED A SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY and shall not be eligible for any Prize.

   LIMIT: One (1) Entry per person, during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

   Entry Notes: No comment may be obscene, pornographic, violent, cruel, mean spirited, false or misleading, offensive in any manner, have swear words, or in any other way not suitable to be published, be derogatory of the Sponsor or the Released Parties. If an Entry falls into this category, it may be rejected by and become void in the sole discretion of the Sponsor and/or Administrator.

   While it is free to enter, if an Entrant is accessing the Sweepstakes via your wireless mobile device (only available via participating wireless carriers), data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your handset, or for data usage while accessing the Sweepstakes through your mobile device, according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in the Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your phone's capabilities for specific instructions. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any charges.

    

   BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE ENTRY MAY BE POSTED ACROSS ANY OR ALL OF THE SPONSOR’S AND OTHER RELEASED PARTIES’ DIGITAL AND SOCIAL ASSETS AND OTHER MEDIA, AT THE SPONSOR’S DISCRETION.

   Submission of an Entry grants the Released Parties the worldwide, fully transferable and sublicensable right to publish, use, adapt, edit, publicly perform, and/or modify such Entry in any way, in any and all media or formats, and for any commercial or other purpose, including for use in advertising and marketing, without limitation, and without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation to Entrant except where prohibited by law. Each Entrant will defend, hold harmless and indemnify from any claims, liabilities, losses, lawsuits, penalties, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any Entry and any violation of these Official Rules.
    

4. Drawing Date:

   A random drawing will take place on or about Wednesday, August 20, 2025 by the Administrator from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received.




5. Winner Notification:

   The potential winners will be notified via direct message (“DM”), from the Sponsor/or Administrator. The DM will request confirmation of the winner’s full name, email address, and will requiring a reply, within 48 hours from first notification to respond to Sponsor or Administrator with the required information requested. The failure to respond to such notification or a potential winner’s noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, and at the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.

   In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any Winner, the winning Entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the social media address used to submit such Entry and the authorized account holder must comply with these Official Rules.

6. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

   One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for Winner and his/her guest to Fiji. Prize includes the following and awarded in the form of a certificate:

   • Two (2) Round-Trip (Economy Class) flights on Fiji Airways to Nadi from LAX, SFO, or DFW. ARV $3,000
   • Five (5) Night (double occupancy) stay at Castaway Island Resort in an Island Bure. Daily Breakfast included. ARV $2,557.68.
   • Round-Trip transportation from Nadi Airport to resort on South Sea Cruises. ARV $312.82.

   ARV of this Grand Prize is $6,124.84. ARV may vary based on point of departure.

   NOTE: Winner will receive an electronic Gift Certificate to arrange their own Fiji travel plans as directed by the Gift Certificate. Terms and conditions of the Gift Certificate apply and may only be booked through the Sponsor’s designated agent or representative. The Gift Certificate expires one (1) year from the date of issuance or August 16, 2026, whichever occurs first.

   6.1 Winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel

   documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted.

   6.2 In connection with any travel, please be advised CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and its variances, and the Sponsor cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit.

   6.3 Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, local sales and income taxes (if any) and any costs, expense(s), or fees whatsoever in connection with the Prize not specifically provided herein. If the actual value of a Prize is lower than ARV stated in these Official Rules, the difference will not be awarded. Prize Winner will be required to sign and return properly executed documents issued by the Administrator (a) an Affidavit of Eligibility (U.S.) or Declaration (Canada); (b) an Agreement of Publicity (granting Sponsor and its designees, the right to use the name and image of the Winner for advertising and promotion purposes, unless prohibited by law); (c) a liability release; and (d) a form W‑9, Taxpayer Request for Identification (U.S. only), to the Administrator within five (5) Business days of attempted notification as a prerequisite for receiving the Prize. Failure to reply within the required time frame will void your entry, and an alternate Winner will be selected (time permitting). Winner will receive an IRS 1099 MISC Form in the amount of the Prize for the year in which the Prize was won.

   6.4 ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED; THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. Prizes are not transferable (except for the limited purposes expressly permitted by Sponsor), redeemable for cash, or substitutable except Sponsor retains the right at its discretion to substitute a Prize, or portion of Prize, with one of comparable or greater value.

    

7. Limitation of Liability:

   7.1 The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States, state of California without regard to conflict of laws principles, with venue in the appropriate court, and all claims must be resolved in the appropriate courts of the state of California. As a strict condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and the Administrator, which shall be final and legally binding in all respects; (b) to the use of their names and/or likenesses and/or biographical data, and submitted video entry by Sponsor and its designees for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world In perpetuity from the conclusion of the Sweepstakes at discretion of Sponsor without compensation, permission or notification (except where prohibited by law); (c) THAT RELEASED PARTIES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR INJURY TO AN ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE; (d) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, IF ANY; (e) ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY COMPENSATION OR CREDIT TO BE PROVIDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; AND (f) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ENTRANT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER LEGAL COSTS OR EXPENSES.

    

   7.2 Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone, computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, scoring errors or other problems or errors related to participation in the Sweepstakes or other errors or problems of any kind whether typographical, printing, human, mechanical, computer, electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the conduct of the drawing or the results of the random drawing, the incorrect uploading of any Entry, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials or for any damage to your or any other person’s computer hardware or software as a result of participation. Released Parties are not responsible for entries that are late, lost, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, misdirected, garbled, or delayed by computer transmissions. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules as solely determined by the Sponsor or Administrator will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Every submission must be manually entered by the individual participant and repetitive automated electronic submission of entries is specifically disallowed. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, artificial intelligence (“ai”), or other causes which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof and/or terminate the participation of any participant (and void his/her Entry) whose conduct potentially compromises the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at Sponsor’s discretion, and if possible conduct a drawing from all non-suspect entries received up to time of such action.

    

   7.3 IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,

   CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR FROM AN ENTRANT’S DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. Check local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions.

8. Conditions of Participation:

   By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant further agrees: (i) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (ii) to waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any Sweepstakes Entities or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes; and (iii) to forever and irrevocably agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless each of the Sweepstakes Entities and Released Parties and the participating social media platforms (if any) used to facilitate entry from and against any and all alleged or actual claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable outside attorneys’ fees) for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (a) the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any Sweepstakes-related activity or element thereof, and the Entrant’s Entry, participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes or any component thereof, (b) the violation of any third party privacy, personal, publicity, proprietary or any other rights, (c) typographical or printing errors in these Official Rules or any Sweepstakes materials and/or announcements, (d) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of a Prize (or any component thereof), (e) any change in the Prizing (or any components thereof) due to unavailability, or due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not such action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened or actual terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, event cancellation or delays, or any other cause similar or dissimilar beyond any of the Released Parties’ control, or as otherwise permitted in these Official Rules, (f) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, or modification of the Sweepstakes, (g) human error, (h) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission or any failure with respect thereto of any part of the Entry (including, without limitation, the information or any parts thereof), (i) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Website, social media platform or any telephone network, computer system, computer online system, computer timing and/or dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider, social media platform, or mail service utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an Entrant, (j) interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, the Website, the social media platform, or any other Sweepstakes-related web pages or platforms, or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, (k) any damage to Entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes, (l) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, (m) any late, lost, stolen, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, delayed, garbled, corrupted, destroyed, incomplete, undeliverable or damaged Entries, (n) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, (o) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed Prizing (or any element thereof), (p) the collection, use and/or sharing of entities personally identifiable information by Sponsor, Administrator or their designees or (q) the negligence or willful misconduct by Entrant. Entrants will have no rights to enjoin or restrain the development, production, distribution, advertising, exhibition or exploitation of any website, property, product, service, or other content owned or controlled by Sponsor; that Sponsor is not responsible for the actions, content, information, or data of third parties. Any failure by Sponsor to enforce any of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of such Official Rules. If there is a conflict between any term of the Official Rules and any marketing or entry materials used in connection with the Sweepstakes, the terms of these Official Rules will govern.



9. Winners List: For the names of the winners send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Wilson’s Happily Ever After Sweepstakes Winner, 8429 Lorraine Road, Box 146, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Requests must be received by 8/15/2025.


10. PRIVACY POLICY: Sweepstakes Entry information will be used by Sponsor and the Administrator as they deem necessary or desirable for the administration, fulfillment, and the promotion of this Sweepstakes, as described in these Official Rules or as otherwise expressly consented to by an Entrant during any separate opt-in opportunity provided to Entrant. If an Entrant does not fully agree to the terms of these Official Rules and/or Administrator’s privacy policy https://www.cfapromo.com/privacy/ , such entrant should not enter this Sweepstakes.
