Accommodation
Resorts are spread along the Coral Coast’s spectacular shoreline. And with so many beautiful bays and beaches, many have their very own stretch of tropical paradise for you to relax on. There are also a number of resorts and restaurants at Korotogo, just outside Sigatoka town, so you’ll easily find accommodation to suit your price point.

Miles of shoreline and close proximity to the Sigatoka river means that water sports are abundant on the Coral Coast. From snorkelling or diving around coral reefs to fast-paced jet boat safaris on the river, you’ll definitely have the chance to get wet.
Nature enthusiasts can visit the Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park, home to an extensive dune system and archaeological sites dating back 3,000 years. The Kula Wild Adventure Park, Fiji’s only wildlife park, can also be found on the Coral Coast. With endangered native species like the peregrine falcon and crested iguana, it’s about as wild as Fiji gets.

Getting to Coral Coast
Buses travel the Coral Coast continuously on the route between Nadi International Airport and Suva. The ‘stopping bus’ does exactly what it says picking up whoever waves them down from the side of the road, although there are also express services available.
As the whole Coral Coast is just one to two hours from Nadi, most resorts offer transfers to the international airport. You can also easily hire a taxi or rental car.

Dining in Coral Coast
Most restaurants on the Coral Coast can be found at resorts, but the markets and eateries around Korotogo and Sigatoka town are great places to sample the local flavours. The Sigatoka Valley is known as ‘Fiji’s salad bowl,’ so a weekend trip to the markets is a must if you want to stock up on fresh fruit and vegetables.
