With everything you’d expect from the big smoke – shopping malls and farmers markets, restaurants and entertainment – Suva is a tropical metropolis. Suva has been the capital of Fiji since 1882, and many buildings date back to the colonial era. With this mix of history, combined with the amenities of a modern city – parks, museums and a vibrant nightlife – you’ll find plenty of things to do.
